Dr Suleiman Sa’ad is an Associate Professor of Energy Economics, holds a PhD in Energy Economics from the University of Surrey. Close to two decades of his carrier, he has lectured at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) and is a visiting lecturer at Kaduna State University.
He was also a visiting research fellow at Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. Dr Sa’ad was the Head of the Department of Economics and Management Sciences and Acting Director, Centre for Energy and Environment NDA from 2015 to 2016.
Dr Sa’ad was Director of the Centre for Energy and Environmental Strategy Research, Kaduna State University as well as Focal Officer, UNDP/GEF Sustainable Fuelwood Management Kaduna State. He has expertise in the Energy aspects of developing countries Currently, Dr Suleiman Sa’ad works as a Senior Economist at the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
Dr Suleiman Sa’ad has presented papers at international conferences and published several articles in peer-review international journals. Dr. Suleimann Sa’ad currently works and resides in Vienna.
