He further obtained a Diploma in Project Management. Engr Smart Ogunbunmi has wide experience in Mobile Technology and currently is the Construction Project Manager with RNC Solutions Austria (a subsidiary of the Roaming Networks Group, Serbia) on A1 – Telekom Austria RAN 5G Rollout Project. Responsible for ensuring the compliance in accordance with Customer specifications, valid codes, laws and regulations (legal & technical). Planning of new construction, conversion or dismantling mobile stations, and development of special solutions. Partner and, subcontractor Management.
He was the Deputy Project Director – Rollout Management Liwest 5G-FWA (FTK-Full Turnkey) Project – Broadband Solutions with HUAWEI Austria and was responsible for overall FTK Management, planning, controlling and monitoring of the network, from Site Acquisition, Civil Work, TI-Deployment and Acceptance by Customer. He was the Site Design and Survey Engineer for T-Mobile Austria - Refarming & SRAN Swap Projects with HUAWEI Austria, Responsible for Arranging and Holding of f2f meetings with Customers on process and escalations. Troubleshooting and monitoring of Partners’ (Subcos) engagement, making sure they deliver accordingly. Monitoring of status and milestones in databases: customer and internal database. He was the Construction Supervisor – United Nations UNAMA – United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan, stationed in Kabul and Kandahar respectively.
