
Engr. Kelly Ochuko Egode is a multidisciplinary technology leader with over 18 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and digital transformation across agriculture, finance, engineering, and the public sector. He has a proven track record in developing intelligent systems and deploying AI-driven platforms, with deep expertise in AIoT, photonic sensing, robotics, and digital twin modelling applied to sustainable agriculture. He is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of an award-winning agritech venture — Omfeonix Agritech Ltd, UK, combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise.
EDUCATION
Engr. Egode holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (with Distinction) from the University of Hull, UK.
He also holds a BEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria, a Diploma in Robotics and Automation from the London School of Business and Research, and has completed the MIT xPRO course on Designing and Building AI Products and Services at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US. He has also earned a certificate from the Climate Change AI Virtual Summer School.

• He leads AI and data governance initiatives across Northern Ireland's agri-food and environmental sectors to ensure robust data-driven decision-making and policy compliance. His responsibilities include:
• He architected the Northern Ireland Data Governance Dashboard. He utilised Microsoft Purview, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to streamline data classification, pipeline tracking, and security auditing.
• He deployed a centralised governance system for data lineage tracking, system compliance, and pipeline health across the department.
• He integrated Microsoft Purview, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) into core workflows for automated data discovery, auditing, and policy enforcement frameworks.
• He standardised metadata and classified core environmental and land assets by mapping structural and relational dependencies within complex Scarp records.
